Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the SIVARO Discord bot and the associated web settings page (together: “SIVARO”). By using SIVARO, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and onboarding requirements

SIVARO is strictly for users aged 18+. By using SIVARO, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Access may additionally require technical checks (for example, a minimum Discord account age gate currently set to 14 days). If checks fail, onboarding may be blocked.

2. Service description

SIVARO is a gaming-focused matchmaking service. Users can create profiles, configure preferences, browse suggestions, use likes/skips, and receive matches.

Additional features may include reporting/moderation tools, premium functionality, referral rewards, and web profile/settings management.

SIVARO may prioritize candidates from the same Discord server first ("server-first"), before broader cross-server discovery. For authorized server staff, SIVARO may provide aggregated server-level usage insights.

SIVARO is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, matches, uptime, or uninterrupted availability.

3. User content and profile information

• You are responsible for all content you provide (profile text, preferences, uploaded images, and similar inputs).
• You must provide truthful and lawful information.
• You must not upload/post illegal content, third-party personal data without permission, or infringing material.
• You must not use SIVARO for harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual exploitation, spam, scams, or phishing.

4. Prohibited behavior

• Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass technical protections of SIVARO.
• Manipulating ranking/matching/reward systems, including referral abuse and coordinated fake-account activity.
• Impersonation, fake identity use, or any use intended to deceive or harm other users.
• Commercial abuse or unauthorized advertising.

5. Moderation, reports, and enforcement

SIVARO may provide reporting and moderation tools. To protect users and service integrity, we may review behavior and take enforcement actions, including:

• warning, temporary feature restriction, or account limitation
• temporary suspension
• permanent ban
• removal of content or profile data violating these Terms

There is no guaranteed right to ongoing access. Enforcement can occur without prior notice where needed for security or abuse prevention.

6. Safety notice

SIVARO connects people online. Use caution when interacting with strangers. Never share sensitive personal information unnecessarily. If you choose to meet offline, do so safely and at your own risk.

7. Premium and paid features

SIVARO may offer optional premium features (for example, higher limits or additional visibility features). Premium purchases are processed via Discord’s monetization/entitlement systems.

• Premium is offered as one-time 30-day access packages, not as an auto-renewing subscription.
• Additional purchases can be stacked and extend premium access accordingly.
• Feature scope can change over time.
• If you already have lifetime premium, additional purchases may be treated as support/donation and do not necessarily add extra premium time.
• For Discord-native purchases, Discord acts as payment/checkout provider. SIVARO does not receive full payment instrument data (e.g., card or bank account details).
• SIVARO only processes entitlement/transaction reference data required to grant, validate, and protect premium access.
• Refund, cancellation, and payment-dispute handling for Discord-native purchases is governed by Discord and the applicable platform terms. Requests must be submitted via Discord.
• Any mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
• Referral rewards or promotional premium time have no cash value and cannot be paid out.

8. Referral rewards and anti-abuse

SIVARO may provide referral functionality. Referral rewards are subject to technical and anti-abuse checks.

• Self-referrals are prohibited.
• A referred account can only be assigned once.
• Current standard reward setup is +24h premium per valid referral.
• Reward caps and monthly limits may apply (currently: up to 10 rewarded referrals per month per referrer).
• We may reject, reverse, or withhold referral rewards in suspected abuse/fraud scenarios.

9. Limits and service rules

Certain features can be subject to free-tier limits (for example, daily interaction caps), which may differ for premium users. Current limits are determined by the live service configuration and may change.

Server-level insight features are provided in aggregated form and can be restricted to server owners or members with appropriate server-management permissions. Insight views are intended for operational transparency and not for general-purpose tracking.

10. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users. Users are solely responsible for their conduct.

11. Termination and deletion

You may stop using SIVARO at any time. You can delete your profile and most associated data via the Discord command /delete_me.

Important: If you are banned, deleting your profile does not automatically remove the ban. We may retain minimal ban-enforcement data to prevent circumvention.

Referral and anti-abuse records may be retained after deletion where necessary to prevent fraud and protect service integrity.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. The version and “Last updated” date shown on this page indicate the currently applicable version. If changes are material, we may require renewed acceptance.

13. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
